What to Expect During Your Visit

Our desire is for our patients to continue to have a friendly and professional experience. Our hope is to provide a sterile and safe environment but maintain the fun, relationship-oriented visit that we have always been known for. Thank you for your patience as we walk through all of this with you.

We will send you our patient forms ahead of time via electronic messaging or email. Please fill them out and return them as soon as possible to ensure a smooth visit.

We ask that you come to your appointment by yourself. One caregiver may accompany a minor or a patient who needs it.
